About the Recipe
This remedy is both cooling and a diuretic. It is good for hot flashes, night sweats, UTI's, heartburn, acidity and other pitta related disorders.

Ingredients
3 Teaspoons of Whole Coriander Seeds
Room Temperature Water
Preparation
Step 1
Crush the coriander seeds using a pestle and mortar or coffee grinder (do not grind to a powder, just break)
Step 2
Put the seeds into a glass of water, cover and soak overnight (NOT in the fridge).
Step 3
In the morning, remove the seeds and drink the water.
You can make of batch of crushed seeds and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
