About the Recipe

Ingredients
500g of cumin seeds
Runny honey
Preparation
Dry roast the cumin seeds in a frying pan for around 5 mins or until the seeds become lighter and a strong aroma is released.
Take off heat and allow to cool.
Grind in coffee grinder until it forms a soft powder.
Mix 1 teaspoon of the powder with 1/2 teaspoon of honey and eat a few minutes before meal.
Can be made in a large batch and stored in an airtight container for a few weeks. Store in a cool dark place.
