About the Recipe
This home remedy is good for coughs, colds, flu, asthma, mucous, sinusitis and kapha dominant respiratory issues.

Ingredients
100 gram fresh ginger
6 limes
6 teaspoons of honey
3 teaspoons of brown sugar (optional)
200ml water
Preparation
Step 1
Cut, peel and blend ginger in blender with half a cup of warer.
Step 2
Squeeze out the ginger juice from the pulp.
Step 3
Mix the ginger juice with the juice of 6 limes, 6 teaspoons of honey and 3 teaspoons of brown sugar (optional) and up to 100ml of water. This mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Step 4
Mix 2-3 tablespoons of the GLH mixture with hot water and take as a small drink up to 3 times a day.
