A pinch of ground nutmeg

Preparation
Prepare the Apples:
Wash, peel (optional), and core the apples.
Cut them into bite-sized slices or chunks.
Spice Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg.
Cooking:
Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
