In this 3.5-hour experience, you’ll discover your unique dosha, explore the importance of digestion and gut health, and learn simple lifestyle tips that you can easily incorporate into your routine. We’ll also explore Ayurvedic food principles and the power of aligning with nature and your intuition to achieve harmony.
